Rotem Kamer, serves as Deputy General Manager of the Football Association, having formerly deputized for the Legal Advisor in the Association. Before joining the Association, he worked in a private law firm, specializing in business and sport law.

Rotem is a qualified lawyer and member of the Bar since 1998, and holds a first degree in Law from the University of Brunel in London and second degree in International Sport Law and Management from the University of Anglia in Stafford.

Rotem, who is 36, is married and has a son and daughter.
