Elyaniv Barda scored twice to give Israel a 3-1 win over Moldova in World Cup qualifying round (Group 2).

The victory kept Israel (15 Pts.) two points behind Greece (17), who were 5-2 winners over Latvia, ahead of Wednesday's final round of matches in Group 2.

Israel must now win at Group Two leaders Switzerland on Wednesday and hope for a draw between Luxembourg and Greece.

Barda scored twice in the 22nd and 70th minutes and Dedi Ben Dayan scored in the 65th minute. Denis Calincov scores for Moldova in stoppage  time.
